A Private Shopping Day After Your Treatment: Forena Clinic x The Hyundai Trade Center
Many of our international guests plan a shopping day around their Seoul trip. After a treatment, though, the last thing most people want is to work out taxis, queues and where to eat. So we worked with The Hyundai Trade Center to build a service that takes care of all of it.
The Forena Clinic x Hyundai Trade Center VIP Premium Shopping Service is open to foreign VIP guests of Forena Clinic until 31 December 2026.
How the day works
You book through Forena Clinic and finish your treatment as scheduled.
A private vehicle picks you up at the agreed time. It is a Kia Carnival Hi-Limousine or a Hyundai Staria, and it stays available for up to 5 to 6 hours.
At The Hyundai Trade Center, a VIP concierge valet handles your arrival.
You are escorted from the 1st floor to the Private Shopping Room on the 11th floor.
A dedicated personal shopper stays with you from the moment you arrive until you finish shopping.
Afterwards, you collect your gift vouchers and welcome gift at the Global Lounge on the 3rd floor.
You are escorted back to your vehicle, which takes you on to your next destination.
What is included
Private Shopping Room and personal shopper. The room on the 11th floor is reserved for VIP guests. Your shopper accompanies you one-to-one and helps with store visits and with choosing what you need, so you can shop at your own pace.
Luxury brand fast track. Your shopper can arrange priority entry at major brands, including Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Celine, Saint Laurent and Loewe. This covers jewelry, watches, beauty and luxury designer labels as well.
Priority dining. If you want a proper meal between stores, you can have priority reservations at the main restaurants on the 10th floor.
Gift vouchers. Depending on how much you spend, you receive Hyundai Department Store gift vouchers worth up to 10% of your purchase amount. The tiers start at ₩3,000,000, then ₩5,000,000 and ₩10,000,000.
Welcome gift. Every visiting VIP guest receives a welcome gift worth ₩50,000.
Booking details
Vehicle, Private Shopping Room, personal shopper and fast track all need to be reserved at least 2 days before your visit, and all bookings go through Forena Clinic.
Vehicle service is limited to 30 rides in total during the program period, so we recommend booking early if you already know your treatment dates.
