Terms and Conditions of Forena Clinic
These terms and conditions aim to regulate the terms, conditions, and procedures of using the services provided by Forena Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and any other necessary matters as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)
The Terms and Conditions of Forena Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Forena Clinic regarding the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Forena Clinic.
A person who wishes to become a member is considered to have agreed to these Terms upon completing the registration process and clicking the "Register" button. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, and general practices.

Article 2 (Definition of Member)
A "Member" refers to a person who accesses Forena Clinic, registers as an online member following these Terms, and receives services provided by Forena Clinic.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)
Individuals wishing to become members must apply for membership by completing the registration form provided by Forena Clinic and clicking the "Register" button.
Forena Clinic will approve membership registration unless the applicant falls under the following cases:

The applicant has previously lost membership under Article 6, Clause 3. However, exceptions may apply if three years have passed since the loss of membership and Forena Clinic has granted re-registration.

The registration contains false information, omissions, or errors.

Technical issues prevent Forena Clinic from registering the applicant as a member.
The membership contract is deemed effective when Forena Clinic's approval reaches the applicant.
Members must immediately update any changes to their registration information.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes to Services)
Forena Clinic provides the following services to its members:

News and email services from Forena Clinic.

Online consultation and reservation services.

Special sections and content for online members of Forena Clinic.

Other services provided through partnerships with third parties.
Forena Clinic may change the content and availability date of services and will notify members under the provisions of Article 7, Clause 2.

Article 5 (Service Suspension)
Forena Clinic may temporarily suspend services due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication equipment or communication interruptions. It may also completely terminate services for appropriate reasons, such as replacing current services with new ones.
In case of service suspension as per Clause 1, Forena Clinic will notify members as stipulated in Article 7, Clause 2. However, if prior notice is not feasible due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., system failures caused without intent or negligence), such notice may be omitted.

Article 6 (Membership Termination and Loss of Qualification)
Members may request to cancel their membership registration (withdraw) at any time, and Forena Clinic will process the request promptly.
Forena Clinic may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership for members who fall under the following cases:

False information was provided during registration.

Disrupting the use of Forena Clinic by others or misusing their information, threatening transaction order.

Violating the law or engaging in acts contrary to public order and morality using Forena Clinic.
Forena Clinic will notify members before termination and allow them to provide an explanation.

Article 7 (Notifications to Members)
Individual notifications to members may be sent to the email addresses registered with Forena Clinic.
Notifications to an unspecified number of members may be replaced by posting them on Forena Clinic’s bulletin board for at least one week.

Article 8 (Protection of Members' Personal Information)
Forena Clinic strives to protect members' personal information, including their registration information, in compliance with applicable laws. Personal information protection is governed by relevant laws and Forena Clinic's Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Obligations of Forena Clinic)
Forena Clinic complies with the law, avoids prohibited actions, and strives to provide stable services.
Forena Clinic establishes a security system to protect members' personal information, including credit information.
Forena Clinic does not send advertising emails for profit without members’ consent.

Article 10 (Members' ID and Password Responsibilities)
Except where Forena Clinic assumes responsibility under applicable laws or its Privacy Policy, the management of IDs and passwords is the sole responsibility of members.
Members must not allow third parties to use their IDs and passwords.
If members notice unauthorized use of their ID or password, they must promptly inform Forena Clinic and follow its guidance.

Article 11 (Members' Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following:

Providing false information during registration.

Altering content posted on Forena Clinic.

Infringing on the rights or interfering with operations of Forena Clinic or others.

Misusing others' IDs.

Sending spam, offensive messages, or engaging in prohibited activities.

Violating laws or service policies of Forena Clinic.
Violators may face membership restrictions or loss as outlined in Article 6.

Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts)
Forena Clinic may delete public posts without notice if they violate the terms, harm others, or contravene public order.

Article 13 (Copyright and Usage Restrictions)
Copyrights for Forena Clinic’s creations belong to the clinic.
Members must not use Forena Clinic’s content for profit or share it without prior approval.

Article 14 (Counseling Regulations)
Counseling content may be used for academic, medical, or service purposes, excluding personal identifiers.
Certain counseling requests may not be addressed, such as repetitive or inappropriate queries.

Article 15 (Amendment of Terms)
Forena Clinic may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.
Amendments will be notified at least seven days before implementation.
Changes apply to existing members unless they withdraw.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction)
Disputes between Forena Clinic and members shall be resolved in courts in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from their implementation date until replaced.
