Service Description

What is Excel V Laser (3 Modes) Excel V is an advanced laser system approved by the U.S. FDA and CE that utilizes three wavelengths to treat both vascular and pigment-related skin concerns. It is effective for facial redness, rosacea, pigmentation, melasma, acne scars, enlarged pores, and fine lines. The system features sapphire contact cooling to minimize discomfort and allows for precise, non-invasive treatment with little to no downtime. Three Wavelength Modes • KTP Laser (532 nm) – Treats superficial vascular lesions, redness, flushing, and pigmentation • Long-Pulse Nd:YAG (1064 nm) – Targets deeper blood vessels, melasma, and persistent pigment issues • Genesis Mode (Micropulse Nd:YAG 1064 nm) – Gently heats the dermis to stimulate collagen and improve pores, fine lines, skin texture, and scars Recommended For • Facial redness, broken capillaries, rosacea • Freckles, melasma, sunspots, and pigmentation • Enlarged pores, skin texture irregularities • Fine lines and early skin laxity • Those seeking to treat multiple concerns in one session Treatment Time Approximately 10 to 20 minutes Anesthesia No anesthesia required – built-in sapphire cooling minimizes discomfort Treatment Plan • Recommended every 2 to 4 weeks • A minimum of 3 sessions is suggested • Most patients see visible results after the second session Pre-Treatment Notes Please avoid wearing heavy makeup before your session. Makeup residue can reduce the treatment’s effectiveness and increase the risk of discomfort or pigmentation. While thorough cleansing is provided, arriving with minimal makeup is ideal. Post-Treatment Care • Mild redness, pinpoint scabs, or swelling may occur but typically subside within 1–2 days • Makeup may be used the next day to cover any remaining redness • Do not pick or scratch at the skin • Swelling may last 2–3 days after redness treatment; bruising may appear after vascular treatment • Cleanse with lukewarm or cool water and use a gentle cleanser • Avoid alcohol, saunas, intense exercise, and hot baths for 1 week • Apply sunscreen twice daily (morning and afternoon), PA+++ or higher • UVA rays penetrate windows—wear a wide-brimmed hat when outdoors • Contact the clinic if any unusual symptoms persist
